Discoloration |
| 1. Clean the material feeding pipes |
| 2. Lower injection speed or shorter pressuring time |
| 3. Increase holes of air in the mold |
| 4. Change to a smaller machine |
| 5. Shorter the injection cycle |
| 6. Lower the temperature of spray pipe |
| 7. Check if material feeding areas and pipe of supply are contaminated |
Sticking in cavity or core |
| 1. Lower injection pressure and stick on it |
| 2. Lower the mold temperature |
| 3. Change the quantity of material feeding |
| 4. Increase cooling time |
| 5. Shorten mold closing time (male mold) |
| 6. Increase mold closing time (female mold) |
| 7. Check if mold is out-spec |
